Our newly renovated flat is the perfect place to call home for your short or long stay in Brighton.

The bedroom features a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

In the living area, you have a luxurious sofa and a flat-screen TV for a relaxing time, as well as a table. The home features very fast WiFi with tested speeds of 61Mbps.

The kitchen is quite handy and fully equipped with all the modern appliances you need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, toilet, and sink.

For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised. We also provide you with fresh towels and eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.

## Neighborhood

There are classic attractions in Brighton such as the Royal Pavilion with its iconic domes and minarets. A trip to the beach is not complete without a stroll along the Brighton Palace Pier followed by a visit to the Sea Life Brighton. The newest attraction in Brighton is the British Airways i360 provided spectacular panoramic views of the city, the sea and the countryside.

Lower Rock Gardens is located within the county of East Sussex which is in the South East (England) region of the UK. 47.03 miles South from the centre of London, 0.55 miles East from the centre of Brighton, 7.43 miles South West from the centre of Lewes and 28.35 miles East from the centre of Chichester.

The closest station is Brighton Rail. You can take the bus to the stop Upper Rock Gardens (7 or 18) from the station, and there is a bus stop on Marine Parade (12, 14, or 27) to the station.

## Notes

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys. For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.

Please note that we do not allow parties of any kind. Any notice of disturbances or disobeying of house rules will result in eviction from the home via security. Cost of removal will be taken from your security deposit. No smoking is allowed and any signs of smoking will result in a charge on your security deposit. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located near the beach, this apartment is in Kemptown, a neighborhood in Brighton. Old Police Cells Museum and Brighton Dome are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include SEA LIFE Brighton and Brighton Pier. The "Doughnut and Adur Outdoor Activities Centre are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling.
