The space
One bedroom lower ground floor regency apartment (refurbished May'17), located on Brighton seafront, only a short walk across Marine Parade to the Beach. Located Centrally for Brighton & Hove and all it has to offer in the form of fantastic shopping, bars and restaurants.
The property has recently been sympathetically refurbished, giving the apartment a fresh, light and airy feel. With an established planted patio area, perfect for that pre-dinner Gin and tonic, the choice of restaurants and bars close by is simply astonishing.
