Contemporary decoration and furniture offers comfort and convenience, enjoy your stay in an exciting part of Brighton and Hove only 2 mins walk from the palace pier and a few more steps to The Laines. CORVID-19 STEPS We are now thoroughly disinfecting and deep cleaning the property between guests and where possible leaving the apartment empty 48hrs between new bookings.
The space
One bedroom lower ground floor regency apartment (refurbished May'17), located on Brighton seafront, only a short walk across Marine Parade to the Beach. Located Centrally for Brighton & Hove and all it has to offer in the form of fantastic shopping, bars and restaurants.
The property has recently been sympathetically refurbished, giving the apartment a fresh, light and airy feel. With an established planted patio area, perfect for that pre-dinner Gin and tonic, the choice of restaurants and bars close by is simply astonishing.
Other things to note
A regency apartment decorated in a sympathetic yet modern way. The living space benefits from Modern furniture, leather sofas (one of which converts into a larger than average double sofa bed) and contemporary dining furniture. Slate tiles run throughout the kitchen and bathroom, the bathroom has recently been upgraded with ultra modern Moretti taps and halogen spotlights. The hallway leads through to a quiet and calm bedroom, light and airy and finished to create a peaceful environment after a long day shopping and enjoying all that Brighton and Hove has to offer.
Outside there is a private patio, furnished with table and chairs, surrounded by established plants and bamboos, just perfect to sit back and enjoy a pre dinner gin and tonic!
