It also includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries to help whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens giving you a perfect night of sleep. And the contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower and a mirror. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in from our standard check-in time (15:00). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please get in touch with us.

Note the home is on the lower ground floor via stairs only.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Suppose our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or guests outside. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Respect the neighbours and the terms of the property's lease; please ensure noise is kept to a low volume between 11 pm and 8 am and that the outdoor space is not used between these times.
