Welcome to our idyllic, charming Grade II-listed timber-framed home that has been beautifully preserved over the years with huge amounts of heritage. Situated three miles from Tenbury and five miles from Ludlow, the quintessential hamlet of Little Hereford offers a unique and memorable stay. Our home is full of character with generous parking, landscaped gardens and an open aspect to the rear, with a south-facing terrace and is the perfect destination for a comfortable and relaxing stay

The space
As soon as you arrive, you will be struck by the unique character of our home with its beautiful exposed beams, traditional features and tasteful decor. Our spacious living area is perfect for gatherings with friends and family, with plenty of comfortable seating and a large wood-burning stove to keep you warm and toasty on chilly evenings. We have a second reception room and a snug area (also with wood burning stove) that provides a warm, cosy and inviting atmosphere.

There is plenty of space for everyone to dine together in our dining room, which will comfortably seat 8 and boasts a beautiful, rustic, yet elegant feel. We also have a light and sunny breakfast room with views out over the garden that connects the dining room with the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped, adjacent to a utility room, with everything you need, including a delightful electric AGA stove, along with an electric cooker and hob; perfect for preparing delicious meals.

Off the utility room, we have a downstairs cloakroom with a walk-in shower.

From the snug, this leads upstairs and you may need to duck your head! Here, we have four bedrooms, two king-size, one double and one single, all with cosy, comfortable beds and each with its own unique character and charm.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom, with traditional oak beams that add character and charm to the space. While the other three bedrooms share an additional family bathroom.

The second king-sized bedroom also boasts plenty of storage space and overlooks the garden, providing plenty of natural light and a peaceful view.

Our third bedroom includes a double bed with chest of drawers and wardrobe and the fourth bedroom has a single bed and chest of drawers.

Outside, our garden offers a tranquil space for you to unwind and enjoy some fresh air. We have a beautiful patio area where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We also have large outdoor sofa with large coffee table, altogether plenty of seating for dining alfresco or lounging in the sun.

Little Hereford is a quaint and peaceful hamlet, with plenty of beautiful countryside to explore. There are numerous walking and cycling routes nearby, with the market towns of Tenbury Wells and Ludlow right on your doorstep.

We take great pride in our home and are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and memorable stay. Whether you are looking for a relaxing long weekend getaway or a longer stay in the heart of the countryside, our home is the perfect destination.
