Welcome to Sciennes Road: a quiet, friendly street tucked away just minutes from The Meadows. This first floor apartment is just close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet it maintains an air of relaxation for those looking for a quiet space.
Easy access to all the amenities of Marchmont and Bruntsfield Links, including shops and restaurants. The flat sits right beside the delightful cafe and shop "27 Elliot's" and the "Victor Hugo" deli and coffee shop.
::Flat Information::
There is no dedicated parking, but there is limited free parking availible directly outside the apartment, it is free on weekends. If no spaces are availible here, you may be able to find a free parking space on the residential streets nearby, or the nearest car park is a 10-15 minute walk away in Quartermile, on the other side of The Meadows.
You will recieve a small welcome package of tea, coffee, and Scottish drinks and treats.
The key to the flat is accessed through the KeyNest service, you will need to pick up and drop off the key at a convenience store 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A code will be shared with you before your arrival. The flat itself uses a number keypad/card swipe lock for your convenience. This space is intended to be booked for the entire month of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. You will be provided with clean linens and towels on arrival, and we can offer a change and a clean of the flat halfway through your stay. Let us know if you’d not like this service, there is a washing machine free to use at any time, and we can leave a spare set.

::The Space::
The property features 2 spacious bedrooms, a small bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living space.
Room 1: a large, open bedroom with views onto Livingston Place outside. It has a double bed and hosts entertainment such as books and a cd player.
Room 2: a smaller, but still spacious bedroom also with views onto Livingston Place. It has a double bed and maintains a cosy atmosphere.
The bathroom: a creatively designed bathroom that makes use of a small space, it has been recently renovated and features a japanese soaking tub.
The kitchen-living room: a cosy space consisting of a fully kitted out and recently renovated kitchen, dining table, window seat overlooking a small communal garden and Sciennes Primary, living space with a sofa, ottoman and smart TV. There are a few family board games provided and the smart TV is able to host media from streaming services.app
Located in Edinburgh, this apartment is in the city center. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Royal Commonwealth Pool and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions are also worth visiting.
