Plewlands Terrace is a charming area located in Edinburgh. It is well known for its many attractions, including Fountain Park, Hermitage of Braid and Blackford Hill Local Nature Reserve, Bruntsfield Links, Harrison Park, Saughton Park and Gardens, Saughton Rose Gardens, Braidburn Valley Park, Blackford Hill and Pond. Additionally, the area is home to a variety of restaurants and bars, including Black Ivy, The Bruntsfield Hotel, Tempo Perso, and Salt Café. There are also a number of cafes in the area, including Pizza Express. Plewlands Terrace is also close to many other attractions, such as Easter Craiglockhart Hill Local Nature reserve, Craiglockhart Hill East park and Edinburgh's own version of the famous cowboy town, the Wild West.

The apartment is accessible by car, train and bus.

Slateford train station: 27-minute walk.
Bus stop: St Clair Terrace (2-minute walk).

Edinburgh Airport is a 24-minute drive from the apartment.

## Notes

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located in Edinburgh, this apartment is in the city center. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and Royal Commonwealth Pool are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling.
