This bungalow-style home has 4 bedrooms with an extra double sofa bed in the conservatory. One of the bedrooms is situated in the converted loft.
The large open plan lounge and dining area spill out onto a patio and a large garden beyond, with tropical and Mediterranean plants. This area sees a lot of sun! There is also a small above ground pool (unheated, but fun for kids), a large trampoline and a climbing frame with a slide.
There are 2 bathrooms and we even have a whirlpool bath.
This house is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Shoreham beach and very near the widewater lagoon cycle and footpath and the Adur recreational grounds. Within 10 minutes on a bike or a little longer on foot, you'll find yourself by the river Adur or in the rolling hills of the South Downs, with plenty of biking and walking opportunities.
You can walk into the charming seaside town of Shoreham by Sea in just 10 minutes and to the local shop in under 5.
