No smoking. . Lodge 30 is situated in Caer Beris Lodge Park, overlooking the river. Its wrap-around decking a great place to sit, watch and listen for the local wildlife. The setting is beautifully rural, yet very close to the town as Builth Wells is only a mile away, just a few minutes in the car, or a pleasant 20-minute walk when the weather obliges.
The living room offers a large and comfortable sofa and there’s a Smart TV, along with an electric fire for the chillier nights. Large picture windows which adorn its well-designed living area, not only flood the space with light but invite effortless appreciation of the beauty of the natural surroundings. The French doors open onto a large verandah across the front of the property providing an ideal spot for dining in the sunshine. The dining area, which is open plan with the living room and kitchen, has a dining table, whilst the kitchen is well-equipped with a full complement of what you would expect in a kitchen.
The Royal Welsh Showground is only roughly 3 miles away, there are numerous events held at the Royal Welsh Showground throughout the year, and there is a great golf course 4 miles away. The Elan Valley is a 30-minute drive where you will find many walking and cycling trails and an abundance of wildlife. Red kites are found in the Elan Valley and there is a feeding station nearby. Builth Wells offers a cinema, golf course, swimming pool and plenty of shops and restaurants. Pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
