A delightful stone farm cottage with three bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower over), kitchen-diner and comfortable lounge with open fire. The garden is fully enclosed to ensure children and pets are safe, but has access to a small trout stream running alongside. Facilities include electric heating in all rooms, outside utility room with washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, WiFi, DVD player, gas bbq and garden furniture. Bedlinen, towels, logs and some trout fishing are included in the rental. Electricity is by coin meter. £200 accidental damage deposit required. .
