- 1 bedroom with a double bed and seating areas. The bed is fitted with hotel quality linens to ensure your comfort.
- A bathroom, with a bath, and an attached shower.

We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.

## Neighborhood

There are classic attractions in Brighton such as the Royal Pavilion with its iconic domes and minarets. A trip to the beach is not complete without a stroll along the Brighton Palace Pier followed by a visit to the Sea Life Brighton. The newest attraction in Brighton is the British Airways i360 provided spectacular panoramic views of the city, the sea and the countryside.

## Transit

There are lots of buses nearby. However, you'll find that Uber, taxis, rental bikes are also available all around the area.

Note:guests with walking difficulties should reconsider renting this Airbnb as it is located on the second floor of this property and might be too strenuous for some.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment is located in Kemptown, a neighborhood in Brighton. South Downs National Park and Ditchling Common Country Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include SEA LIFE Brighton and Brighton Pier. The "Doughnut and Adur Outdoor Activities Centre are also worth visiting.
