Suitable for couples or individuals, this property is a stones-throw from the sea, next to Brighton Hospital & within walking distance of many local attractions. When it comes to location, it doesn’t get better than this!
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Kemptown. The apartment itself is a loft-style apartment on the top floor of a converted block. The shared living/dining/bedroom space has eclectic furniture, there is a double bed supplied with fresh, luxury cotton bedding, a dining table with seating for up to four guests, a chest of draws for storage and sturdy rail to hang your clothes. The large bathroom has a deep clawfoot bathtub with a separate shower unit. The spacious kitchen has ample cabinet and cupboard space with all the utensils and kitchen items required to make your stay homely. Please note, this apartment has a sloped ceiling on one side.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves for the duration of their stay.
Please note, this apartment is managed by my managing agents Air Home Lets. They are on hand 7 days a week between the hours of 09:00 - 21:00 should you have any questions. Air Home Lets will send all guests a digital Welcome Guide containing useful information not he property & the surrounding area, once booked.
The apartment is located in the hub of Kemptown, you’re a 5 minute walk down to the famous Brighton coastline where you can take a nice stroll along the seafront towards Brighton Pier and be there within 15 minutes. You’re also 15 minute walk to Brighton Marina where you can find an array of restaurants, bars, shops, a cinema & other attractions.
Travelling by car: Due to the central location of the apartment there is no free parking with the property, if guests are travelling by car we suggest parking on nearby streets with free parking. There are some free parking roads around a 15 minute walk to the property (Whitehawk Way and Manor Way/Place/Street) where guests can park free of charge. Please always refer to nearby parking signs once parked to confirm where you have parked is free. Brighton Marina Car Park is within walking distance of the property (15 minutes), it is free to park here for 2 hours however charges apply after 2 hours.
Travelling by train: The property is 25 minute walk, 5 minute drive or 10 minute bus journey from Brighton Train Station. The number 7 bus goes straight from Brighton Station to outside the apartment.
Getting around Kemptown, Brighton & Hove:
There are ample busses outside the property that take you straight into the centre of Brighton: Outside the property you can catch the 1, 1A and 7 busses all into Brighton within 10 minutes.
Due to the central location of the property you can travel by foot all around Brighton and Hove!
Please note, the apartment is located on the top floor, the property can only be accessed via stairs, there is no lift in the building.
