South Downs Studio is a cosy annexe situated on the outskirts of the popular Meads village area of Eastbourne, and just moments away from footpaths leading on to the hills.

Ideal for hikers wanting to make the most of the glorious countryside, this compact hideaway has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer - so is well equipped for post walk clean ups!

This Exclusively Eastbourne studio boasts a super kingsize bed, so you can stretch out your weary muscles after a ramble.

The all-in-one living space also includes a sofa in front of a smart TV, so you can relax and enjoy a chilled evening with your favourite boxset.

There is a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother to hand, and the kitchenette includes a two-ring induction hob, microwave oven and fridge.

A good sized separate shower room leads off the bedroom side of the studio, and you've a walk in wardrobe and chest of drawers for your belongings.

Comfortable and thoughtfully designed, this attractive studio has its own private entrance. WiFi plus all linen and regular towels are provided (pack your beach towels) and there is free on street parking. Please be aware there is CCTV/Ring cameras at the entrance to the Studio for security purposes.
