This spectacular cottage, has 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, and is capable of sleeping 8 total and is situated a short 5 minute drive outside of the East Neuk fishing villages of Anstruther and Crail making it the perfect stay for guests attending the Cow Shed, and a 10 minute drive from the historic golfing town of St Andrews.
Ample parking for multiple vehicles.

Private garden.
There is a small set of stairs leading up to the front door, and the patio doors.
The Space:

Four luxuriously decorated bedrooms. Four bathrooms (three of which are ensuite)
Large spacious open plan living room and dining area with an additional cosy and intimate snug.
Large patio doors lead out from the living room to the south facing garden presenting spectacular views over the fields of the Firth of Forth and Isle of May.
Utility and wash room.
Guests can use the field to the south of the cottage (at their own risk) for walks, jogging, football, games etc.


The Neighbourhood:

Crail is a historic fishing village in the pretty East Neuk of Fife with charming cobbled streets that tumble down to the miniature harbour, which is sheltered by cliffs and surrounded by historic fishing cottages. Visitors flock to the harbour front for an ice cream and a stroll to see the fishing boats or to simply explore the timeless wynds within the village. In the summer, the Crail Food Festival is a treat for the senses. Visitors have been increasingly come to weddings at The Cow Shed which is nestled just outside Crail. There is plenty to explore while you are here including a heritage centre, galleries, local shops as well as local eateries such as delightful tearooms. Local amenities such as a bank machine and convenience store are also available. Within 15 minutes drive you have a plethora of the world’s best golf courses including the Old Course.

Getting Around:
Firthview is situated 2.5miles from Crail and just under 4 miles from Anstruther. If looking to explore the East Neuk and surrounding area we would recommend having the use of a vehicle when staying at this property however there are local taxi companies that are available. 
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including the TV and the cooking implements.
I am happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code.
Pre Arrival:

If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.

This vacation home is located in Anstruther. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Craigtoun Country Park and Billow Ness Beach, while Scottish Fisheries Museum and Crail Museum and Heritage Centre are cultural highlights. La Petite Epicerie and Cambo Estate Gardens are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
