Orchard Cottage is a beautifully finished cottage on an exclusive development within the charming village of Kilrenny, in the East Neuk of Fife. Deceptively spacious, this homely property offers fantastic accommodation for up to eight guests.
Located in what was once an orchard, this charming home is in an idyllic location with the village common with playpark and woodland just across the shallow stream, fields to the rear and the popular fishing town of Anstruther just a 15 minute walk away.

Combining rural seclusion with the amenities of a vibrant town and quaint villages in close reach, Orchard Cottage is the ideal base for families or groups of friends, golfers and those seeking a relaxing getaway.
As soon as you enter the generous hallway, you'll be impressed by the spacious accommodation, with light flooding into every room. The ground floor has a comfortable lounge with flame effect gas fire and is a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring. A formal dining room looks out to the garden to rear with plenty space for a large group to share a meal together. The fully fitted kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and benefits from a separate utility area with laundry facilities and a breakfasting area. A warm twin room and a WC complete the downstairs accommodation.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, with an en suite shower room attached to the master bedroom. All bedrooms are large and bright with fitted storage. There is also a family bathroom on this level, with electric shower over the bath.
The cottage has a seating area to the front of the property, and french doors lead from the hallway to the rear garden which is laid to lawn with new hedging bordering the area. The cottage has allocated parking and there is also a delightful, enclosed area to the bottom of the development for the exclusive use of residents which can be used for children playing games, picnicking or dog walking.

This cottage is located in Anstruther. Anstruther Golf Club and Crail Golfing Society - Balcomie and Craighead Courses are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit La Petite Epicerie and Scottish Fisheries Museum. Cambo Estate Gardens and British Golf Museum are also worth visiting.
