Located in the Heritage Quarter, this stunning apartment features double ceiling height and a fantastic open-plan living, dining and modern kitchen, you will be forgiven for forgetting where you are. Perfectly located, a stones-throw from Dunfermline Abbey and Palace and the stunning Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries, as well as Pittencrieff Park where you can see the free roaming peacocks.

The Royal City of Dunfermline has everything to offer and it is only a 10-minute walk to the train station with a direct link to Edinburgh city centre. Brilliant for shopping with all the high street brands, and a great choice of bars, restaurants, and theatre. Have you heard the saying, never judge a book by its cover? Upon entering the front door there is a private staircase leading up to the loft. Off the entry hallway there is a kingsize bedroom with en-suite, a further bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with whirlpool bath. There is also access to the upper kingsize bedroom from the hallway, and there is also a utility room with a washer/dryer.

You will then reach the bright and spacious open plan living space where you will likely spend most of your time. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and a 50" Smart TV. The kitchen has an island with stools, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and 5-burner Range cooker. Up the stairs is a spacious landing which includes a small gym area with stationary bike and rowing machine, and a dedicated office space. There is an additional bedroom with two single beds and a kingsize bedroom with en-suite. The en-suite has a rainfall shower, LED mirror and underfloor heating. The bedroom has French doors leading to a balcony area with seating for four, so you can enjoy the stunning views across Dunfermline and beyond, including the famous Forth Bridge. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe area with hanging space and a place to store suitcases. Everything has been thought of to make your stay more enjoyable. There are multiple long stay parking options just steps from the front door. Most are paid parking, but there are a few free spaces nearby as well that are occasionally available.
Dunfermline is the ideal base for exploring this vibrant part of Fife. There are plenty of walks to embark upon in the area or if you prefer, take a 5-minute drive to the beautiful coastal village of Limekilns, keep driving another 10 minutes to the historic village of Culross, famous for the backdrop of Outlander, or drive over the Forth Road Bridge and visit picturesque Queensferry. Edinburgh is just 20 minutes away. Follow the stunning Fife Coastal Path north to St Andrews, reached within an hour and stop off at the many picturesque fishing villages along the way.
