It boasts an open plan lounge and dining area with 2 inviting sofas to relax on, a wall mounted smart TV with apps including Netflix and YouTube, plus a fully fitted kitchen with appliances and an upstairs bathroom. Additional features include free WiFi with Super Fibre Broadband, a front and back garden with a bistro set and a utility room with ironing facilities and a maiden. There are also fire safety products on each floor, including interlinked heat and smoke alarms throughout.
Only 1 mile from the Etihad Stadium, 0.5 miles from The National Cycling Centre (Velodrome), 2.6 miles from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station and 3 miles from Manchester City Centre, Millola House is in an ideal location whether you are visiting the city for work or pleasure.
Also within 1 mile you will find: ASDA Eastlands Supercentre, ALDI, Starbucks, McDonalds, Greggs and Subway. There is also Flip Out Manchester, Phillips Park and Clayton Vale Nature Reserve all on the doorstep, as well as excellent travel links to the city centre, Trafford Centre and Media City UK.
Free on street parking is available. Given the proximity to Etihad Stadium, there is permit parking in place on 'Event Days', therefore vehicle registrations will be requested prior to check in so that we can add these to the visitor permit if needed.
