KITCHEN: This house has a fully equipped kitchen and dining space which is a perfect place for a short and long-term getaway. There's a beautiful island and you'll find all the cooking equipment you'll need to cook for your breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The oven, toaster, and utensils are already provided!

FAMILY BATHROOM: Shower, bath, toilet & Sink. Basic toiletries are provided.

The whole property is yours to enjoy. You will not be shared with any other guests. If you require an earlier check-in, please contact us in advance and we'll be happy to offer it for free if it's available.

3. No pets allowed
4. No unregistered guests are allowed
5. Please respect the noise curfew
6. Please turn off the lights and the heating when you go out
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times
8. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture
11. Please do your dishes
12. Please take the trash out before you leave
13. Close and lock all the windows before you leave
14. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
15. Check-out time is at 10 AM
16. Please kindly check around carefully and don't forget to take your belongings (under the beds, bedside tables, bathroom cabinets etc)


TAKE NOTE:

Bee Stays might collect a security deposit of £200 upon guests' arrival. This covers any property damage that might occur during our guests' stay. The security deposit is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way. If the guest account hasn't been verified, we might ask for ID verification.
