The living areas in this three-storey home consist of a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner with TV, double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a sitting room with TV and two sofa beds, and a mezzanine sitting room with TV. The bedrooms are all doubles, one resting on each floor, serviced by three bathrooms. Outside there is roadside parking for 1 hour, followed by parking in nearby Green Lane Car Park. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Dee in 0.4 miles. The Old Bank is a delightful abode for a large family break to Denbighshire. Note: There are steps throughout the property, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The sofa beds in the sitting room accommodate four guests, taking the full occupancy to ten guests. Please note: This property has a 3 night minimum stay.
