Please note: The hot tub and games room facilities are optional and are charged at £250 (paid directly to the owners. The property also rests a walk away from the local train station as well as the retail park and thriving town centre, restaurants and bars, making it easy to get around and explore the sights. Enter the property to find a beautifully appointed living/dining room, where a sitting area features stylish, leather sofas; here, you can also enjoy your favourite show on the Smart TV or simply sit back with your favourite evening tipple whilst the little ones play a game on the Playstation 3. Through the archway is the dining area, where a sleek dining table seats up to eight guests, so all the family can enjoy a meal together at the end of the day.
