The PROPERTY
Modern garden room studio opposite Priory Park just a short stroll into Chichester city centre.
Ideally located for Chichester Cathedral, Chichester Festival Theatre (CFT), New Park Cinema, Pallant House Gallery and St. Richard's Hospital. Also well positioned for Goodwood, Chichester Marina, Bosham, Dell Quay and the Witterings.
Guaranteed free parking is INCLUDED in your stay, either off-road on our driveway for a small to medium-sized vehicle or on-street if larger (permit provided).
The SPACE
You will have access to the property at all times and your own private access & keys to the garden room to come and go as you please.
There are double opening doors to the front, a kitchen window and a back door opening out onto the top patio which you are welcome to use. All doors & windows are lockable.
The space has a Double bed, flat screen TV (fitted with a 4K Fire Stick), Nest Mini smart speaker, two seater sofa, drawer unit, bedside table, hanging rail and a full length mirror.
Heating in the main room, should you need it, is provided by a modern wall mounted electric radiator with thermostatic control.
The modern en-suite has a spacious shower cubicle, electric shower, wash hand basin with heated mirror above, heated towel rail, back to wall wc with push button flush and wall shelves for towels, wash bags, toiletries, etc.
There is a breakfast bar with two high backed chairs and the kitchenette has a medium sized 50L fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob (single ring) and a range of utensils. The crockery, cutlery & glasses provided should suit most of your needs.
Located in Chichester, this apartment is in the city center. Chichester Castle and Fishbourne Palace & Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Bishop's Palace Gardens and Lakeside Superbowl. South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre and West Sands Fun Fair are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
