We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

## Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is lovely and the property is only a short walk to the beach and seafront. While you're here, we recommend a great old-style traditional breakfast cafe called Belchers and the local pub The Lion and Lobster. You can find both on Sillwood Street, just around the corner from the property.

Just a couple of streets away is Preston Street, here is where you'll find plenty of restaurants with a myriad of cuisines to choose from. The North Laines is also only a short stroll away from the property.

## Transit

Bus 6 takes you from the station to the Waitrose bus stop where the flat is a few minutes walk away

## Notes

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Located near the beach, this apartment is in Brighton City Centre, a neighborhood in Brighton. The "Doughnut and Brighton Pier are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Churchill Square Shopping Centre and West Street. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at The 1st Central County Ground Hove or Brighton Racecourse.
