We are delighted to welcome another prestigious Bay Harbour View apartment to the Rumsey family. Perched behind the sand dunes of Sandbanks Beach, Bay Harbour View No.1 boasts spectacular sea views and convenient direct beach access. Nearby you can enjoy the delights of watersports activities; Sandbanks chain-ferry crossing to the Purbecks; wonderful restaurants such as Rick Steins & Shell Bay; Sandbanks Yacht Club and much more.
The apartment oozes fun and has been lovingly styled to ensure all guests enjoy their time there. The fabulous purple L-shaped sofa alongside the open-plan kitchen, mini bar, dining and living area creates a great social area with ample seating and space for guests. Bifolding doors open out onto the large decking terrace area where you will find an outdoor dining area, a slightly elevated decked area follows directly on from this where guests will find luxurious sun loungers and daybeds to relax on. It would be difficult to match the location and convenience of this wonderful property, with direct beach access from the terraced area and communal outdoor shower.
The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, whereas the two additional bedrooms have access to a shower room and a separate toilet directly opposite them. Guests will benefit from one parking space at the property as well as one electronic permit for peninsula parking.
