THE APARTMENT:
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, whilst the second bedroom features Bunk Beds.

The open plan lounge/diner includes a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 and is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - SKY - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet service Provider).

There is a separate kitchen which includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/ DRYER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

The apartment has a modern shower room (renovated in 2023) with a double shower cubicle and toilet.

This accommodation offers a designated off-road parking space for one vehicle, along with a dedicated bicycle storage area.

CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping.
