SEA GEM is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment which can sleep up to 6 guests.
Bedroom 1 is a fixed king-size double bed, Bedroom 2 is a spacious single or can be arranged as a twin, Bedroom 3 is arranged as a twin in the form of a bunk bed.
Each room is provided with fresh linen and soft, fluffy towels.
In the Living Room there are two comfy sofas and an armchair along with a large 55-inch Smart TV with the addition of a DVD Blu-Ray player. Also, you can find a few board games and books for your enjoyment.
Just down the hallway there is a spacious and modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The kitchen is fit for an any aspiring chef, it is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans so that you can cook your favourite meals.
There is a great dining area with a round table with seating for 6 people.
A highchair is available on request.
Microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine with the dryer are available for you and your guests.
The property has a cosy private courtyard, a perfect place to have your sundowners.
You’ll really feel like you’re on holiday when relaxing in the beach themed sunny courtyard, equipped with beach toys for guests use.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access the whole flat through its own private fully enclosed and secured courtyard, self-check-in is via a key safe box.
The property is located on the main street in Southbourne, the entrance to our flat is from the back of the building.
There are external stairs to the flat and a few stairs inside.
With two sets of stairs this property may not be suited to those with mobility issues.
Luggage drop-off is directly outside the flat with safe and free street parking available nearby.
Located in Bournemouth, this apartment is by the sea. O2 Academy Bournemouth and Regent Centre are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Castle Point Shopping Centre and Tower Park. Boscombe Chine Gardens Mini Golf Course and Littledown Sports Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
