Our lovely 1st floor apartment enjoys spectacular views of Swanage Bay through bi-fold doors onto a private decked balcony. The apartment sits within a converted Victorian house with private access via a short flight of external steps. The apartment is located on a side road yet just 200 metres from the sea front and all local amenities.
There is an allocated parking space in the car park directly outside the steps to the apartment.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout with all new contemporary furniture and high quality bedding and bed linen supplied. Bath and hand towels are also provided.
The apartment has gas fired central heating and comprises a cosy kitchen/diner/lounge with bi-fold doors on to the balcony, a breakfast bar with bar stools with backrests, a three seater sofa, coffee table and TV/unit. Free broadband/WiFi is provided as well as a smart TV. There is also an Echo Dot to provide music and hopefully answer any questions!
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, induction hob with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and crockery you would want and expect. A selection of tea, coffee (including decaf for both), sugar, condiments, herbs, spices and cooking oils are provided for your use.
The bedroom has a double bed, easy chair, wardrobe and bedside drawers and lamps plus a hairdryer.
The modern en-suite bathroom has walk-in shower.
There is also a steam iron and ironing board for your use.
The balcony has a bistro table and two chairs to sit for a meal or drink and enjoy the view over the bay.
As you will see from the photographs, the apartment enjoys stunning views of Swanage bay and beyond from the lounge and balcony. However this comes at a price, the apartment is located up a hill leading from the High Street! Please bear this mind if you have mobility issues.
Located in Swanage, this apartment is near the beach.
