The apartment boasts a large sociable open plan kitchen, dining & living area with 2 openings onto a private balcony overlooking Sandown Bay.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment with full size Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Plate Warmer, Hob, Washer/Dryer and an all in one Boiling Tap. Other items include cooking utensils, toaster & coffee machine allowing you to enjoy the apartment and use on a self catering basis.
The apartment has all mod cons making it a perfect home from home with your families comfort in mind. With a 65" Smart TV with plenty of viewing options such as Netflix ideal if you want to chill in the apartment after a day of exploring the Island. Also provided for your pleasure, google nest, various games, books & activity books including crossword, wordsearch, sudoku, child & adult coloring books, further to this various outdoor items such as picnic basket, picnic blanket, beach towels, windbreak and beach toy/bucket & spade are available.
The lovely large balcony is equipped with seating and basket tables for your convenience to allow hours of enjoyment of the area, blankets are also provided should outside be your choice even on a chilly evening...
The master bedroom has a king size bed, patio doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the downs and an en-suite with walk in shower, there is also full wardrobe and bedside cabinets with lamps for your convenience. Our specially made curtain within this room has been designed to open one sided to ensure there is no obstruction of views, all the curtains in the apartment in the 2 bedrooms and lounge are blackout.
The 2nd bedroom comes with a double bed, full wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps.
The main bathroom is fitted with large bath & shower.
Further sleeping area can be found as both sofas in the lounge are sofabeds, the dining table is extendable with seating for 6.
Please Note that the property is within a brand new development and completed in April 2021. Phase 2 of the development is ongoing however it is not anticipated that works would cause any issues for clients. Site is potentially operational during weekdays until roughly 4pm
Located in Sandown, this apartment is near the beach. Dinosaur Isle and Shanklin Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Shanklin Old Village and Isle of Wight Steam Railway. Isle of Wight Zoo and Sandown Pier are also worth visiting.
