Shanklin is the ideal base for exploring the rest of the Island by car, bus or bicycle. Bikes can be rented locally and delivered to your door by Route Fifty7.
The apartment is built into the lower ground floor of a Victorian building and does need ventilation. There is a dehumidifier, which we ask our cleaners to empty, but we ask that if it fills up during your stay that it is emptied. It would also be very beneficial to have windows open just a crack while you are in for air flow.
The owners have a deli in Shanklin town, so platters, groceries and other foods can be pre ordered for your first night or any night!

Located in Shanklin, this apartment is near theme parks and by the sea. Pirates Cove - Shanklin and Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Robin Hill Country Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary and Sandown Pier. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
