Brilliantly located spacious three bedroom family house sleeping 5 people in a quiet residential area of Penarth with a large garden and parking for cars on the driveway and street.

The house has a contemporary feel inside with neutral decoration and lots of natural light.

Near to Penarth town centre and seafront. The perfect house to relax in as a family or group of friends and a great place to explore all that The Vale of Glamorgan and South Wales has to offer.

The Space:
The house is a semi-detached 3 bed located in a housing estate 25mins walk from the town centre and the same distance to the seafront and pier.

It has a welcoming feel and is a light and airy space. As you enter into the spacious hallway to your left is the lounge, downstairs there is also a family size kitchen with a dining room seating up to six people that you enter from the kitchen.

You can access the garden from the back door and there is lots of space and swings for children.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - kingsize, twin and single, all with wardrobes, bedside tables and the twin and kingsize have chests of drawers also. All the bedrooms have roller blinds which provide some blockout but not complete blackout.

There is a bathroom with shower and bath, toilet and sink.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have full access to the whole house and garden.

This vacation home is located in Penarth. Turner House Gallery and Techniquest are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cardiff Bay and Dinas Powys Golf Club.
