Summary:
Based in the picturesque town of Penarth on the outskirts of Cardiff, this newly renovated 3 bed house is ideally located just a short walk from the Cardiff Marina, Cardiff Bay Area and Penarth Beach. There are good transport links, with Cogan train station being just 5 minutes walk away which gives you access to the whole city of Cardiff. Pixel's Place can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests with a nice outdoor garden area. Dogs are very welcome.

The Space:
The property has an open plan living area including large sofa, dining table and smart TV.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with all of the items that you would expect to find in your own home including an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. You will also find a convenient breakfast bar and all important Nespresso coffee machine.

Upstairs you will find the bathroom with over bath shower as well as a single bedroom and double bedroom. Up one more flight of stairs on the top floor is a master bedroom with King size bed and Velux window looking over the garden at the rear of the property.

Outside there is a lovely patio garden with table and chairs for your convenience.

You are more than welcome to bring a dog as the house is pet friendly.

Guest Access:
There is unrestricted on road parking available outside the property. The property is self check via an external lock box and you will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Pixel's Place is a ten minute walk to Penarth high street where you will find a small selection of independent shops, bars and restaurants. Another five minutes walk and you will find yourself strolling along the seafront in front of Penarth pier.

The property is ideally located giving you access to Cardiff which is just a 10 minute drive or taxi ride away. Cardiff is the largest and capital city of Wales. You will find a large selection of bars, restaurants shops and music venues. Cardiff has many landmark buildings such as the Principality Stadium, Pierhead Building the Welsh National Museum and the Senedd building, the home of the Welsh Parliament. Cardiff is also famous for Cardiff Castle, St David's Hall, Llandaff Cathedral and the Wales Millennium Centre.

It also regularly hosts large sporting and music events in the Principality stadium (previously known as the Millennium Stadium). It is the national stadium of Wales being the largest in the country and is the home of the Wales national rugby union team as well as hosting Wales national football team games.

You have a park less than one minute walk away from Pixel's Place which is really useful for any furry friends you wish to bring along with you. We are dog friendly.

Getting Around:
There are good transport links with Cogan train station a five minute walk away and Dingle Road train station approximately ten minutes in the other direction.

This vacation home is located in Penarth. Cardiff International Sports Village and Techniquest are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Mermaid Quay and Capitol Shopping Centre.
