This very comfortable large family house is situated in the top part of the village of Runswick Bay with sea views from the top floor. It is only 50 yards from the nearest pub and two minutes to the Cleveland Way footpath. A range of shops can be found in the nearby village of Hinderwell. Because of its layout the house can be used by a smaller party not using the second floor.

Accommodation:
Entrance at the side, large light conservatory, hallway, lounge with open fire, bay window and doors opening into the conservatory. On the other side of the hallway is a spacious dining room. Behind the dining room is a large well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table. On the first floor is a large bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, also a bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A family bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. A third bedroom with a single bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with full-size bunk beds and a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin, There is an additional folding bed by arrangement that can be placed at the visitor's discretion.

Large US style fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Colour digital SKY TV with DVD in the lounge and dining room, radio/CD player. Oil central heating - no extra charge for fuel or electricity. Bed linen is provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Enclosed front and rear gardens and patio with garden furniture. Non-smokers only. Two well behaved dogs by arrangement with the owner. Parking for three cars in a private road next to the house.
