Well-equipped, very comfortable large family house is situated in the top part of Runswick Bay. It is only 80 yards from the Cleveland Way coastal footpath and the nearest pub, and just across from the road down to the beach. Deceptively spacious outside and in, Alby House is ideal for extended family holidays or groups of adults. Because of its layout the house can be used by a smaller party not using the second floor.

Accommodation:  Paved drive with off street parking for 2 cars. Entrance, hallway, lounge with bay window and original working fireplace in ornate surround. Separate dining room with seating and cosy stove fire.  Beyond the dining room overlooking the garden is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table. On the first floor is a wide landing leading to: a large bedroom with a kingsize bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; a roomy twin bedroom with wardrobe and a third bedroom with a single bed and chest of drawers. There are two bathrooms: one with bath, washbasin and separate toilet; one with electric shower, toilet and washbasin.On the second floor is a large bedroom with a kingsize bed and views of the bay and a double bedroom with built-in storage.

SERVICES:  fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Colour TV freeview and DVD, radio/CD player, WiFi internet connection. Heating by solid fuel stove, immersion heater for hot water. Electric heaters provided for a nippy summers evening. Coal/coke is provided. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and high chair are provided. Very large enclosed back garden with patio and lawn, garden furniture, sun deck and loungers and barbecue. Large wooden outhouse play 'den' with table football, table tennis, snooker and toys, ideal for kids young and old!  Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets but the owner has a dog. Off street parking for two cars in the drive. WiFi internet connection available. a range of shops can be found in the nearby village of Hinderwell.
