Compact 4-bedroom semi-detached house, part of the reception office at the Oakwood Caravan park in Aviemore. With open plan lounge and kitchen area, three double and one twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Family and dog friendly.

Ground floor
Lounge: The open plan lounge is furnished with 2 arm chairs, bucket chair, 3-seater L-shaped settee, side units, coffee table and TV with Freesat channels. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast dining table for 4 to 6 guests, electric oven, stove top hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster, kitchenware, pots and pans. Outside: There is access to the back garden which has clothes drying line. Double bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside units with lights, TV with Freeview channels, chest of drawers, clothes hanger and en suite toilet. Double bedroom 2: Double bed, mirror and bedside unit with lights. Bathroom 1: Bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

First floor

Double Bedroom 3: Double bed, bedside units with lights and chest of drawers. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, bedside unit with lamps, chair, chest of drawers and mirror. Bathroom 2: Shower, wash hand basin and toilet Outside: Patio area with outside seating and washing drying line. Parking for two cars outside the main reception of the Oakwood caravan park, 10 m from the house. Guests have use of the caravan park washroom with washing machine and dryer, 20m from the house. There is a hairdryer and iron and ironing board

Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. No smoking. No parties or events. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.

This cottage is located in Aviemore. Craigellachie National Nature Reserve and Loch Garten Osprey Centre reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Speyside Wildlife and Landmark Forest Adventure Park. Highland Wildlife Park and Cairngorm Reindeer Herd are also worth visiting.
