## Space
Our stunning and spacious home comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 guests. It is a stone's throw away from Hove's George Street and the beach at the end of the road. Also has large garden and parking for two cars.
Our house boasts modern features and stylish decor throughout. There is plenty of living area for you to spend time in, as well as a lush dining area for big meals. There are also two bathrooms with a toilet and a shower each, one of which is fitted with a bathtub as well, and one separate toilet.

The property will be entirely yours for the duration of your stay.

Unfortunately, I won't be around during your stay, but my fantastic support team are on hand 24/7 for any queries you may have.
## Neighborhood
Hove is full of beautiful regency squares and sea view properties. It combines the bustle and diversity of Brighton, with class, charm and beauty. Church Road, Hove's main street is where you will find a wonderful and wide range of cuisine, cocktail bars, excellent pubs and fresh grocery stores; a colourful and vibrant atmosphere. From here, the more peaceful end of the beach is just a five to ten minutes stroll. George St in Hove is pedestrianised and offers a range of great charity shops, cafes and restaurants. Hove Library is definitely worth a visit, built over 100 years ago, this historic building is beautiful and has elements of Edwardian Baroque and Renaissance Revival architecture styles. Tesco superstore can also be found in Hove.
## Transit
Most places are within walking distance of the property.
Train: The nearest train station to the property is Hove. From there take the 7 bus to the George Street stop and the property is a short walk from there. Or you can take a quick taxi ride.
Bus: There are great bus links in Brighton. Head to Church Road for links around town.
Airport: The nearest airport is London Gatwick. From there take the Gatwick Express/Southern/ Thameslink to Brighton railway station then catch the 7 bus to the stop George Street and the property is a short walk from there.

Additional information for amenities:
Hot Tub - Available upon request with a £300 extra fee subject to cleaning availability.
The gas fire pit - Available upon request with a £25 fee to use, not available for guest bookings with young children for safety purposes.
Green Egg Barbecue - Guests are welcome to use this, please can guests leave it in the condition it was found in (barbecue fuel not provided for a guests stay).
Outdoor fridge - Available upon request for a guests.
Wood burning stove - Only available in the winter months, fuel is £10 for a guests stay.
