Cosy three bed to sleep 10 people with the beach at the end of the street! Great central Kemptown location with bed arrangements making it the perfect choice for groups and families.
The house is just a stone's throw from the seafront, and a short walk to Brighton Pier, The Lanes and West Street with selection of bars and nightlife.

The Space:
Lower ground floor

Kitchen / Dining Room

Modern integrated kitchen with contrasting units housing a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven grill combo. A free standing fridge freezer and microwave gives completes the facilities. The clever convertible dining table can be pulled out and extended to dine in if you fancy, or to hang out around whilst chatting over tea and biscuits.

Ground floor

Living Room

This is a great social space with two sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed by night, along with a scattering of cube seats to sit around on. A wall mounted flat screen TV takes care of your entertainment.

Bathroom 1

Ground floor bathroom off of the living area with rain fall shower cubicle, WC, and sink.

First floor

Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 3)

First floor bedroom with single beds. There is an Futon Company single chair bed for an extra guest.

Bathroom 2

Located on the first floor there is a walk-in rain fall shower with regular shower overhead, WC, and sink.

Second floor

Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 3)
On the second floor is another set of single beds. There is an Futon Company single chair bed for an extra guest.

Booking Restrictions

The owner doesn't accept stag groups.
