The town also hosts various events throughout the year including the Lytham Proms which takes place every August, whilst the popular kite festival is held on the beach at St Annes. The promenade stretches from Lytham through St Annes and on to Blackpool offering a beautiful seaside stroll for those who enjoy walking.
