This splendid cottage is set in a quiet, peaceful situation in the grounds of the owners house. Completely renovated and refurbished the cottage has a very pleasant outlook over open farmland and extending to distant hills. Very comfortably furnished to a high standard, and well equipped the accommodation is spacious with the added advantage of a conservatory which opens onto a patio and garden. A 1/2 acre wood at the rear of the cottage is available for holidaymakers. Fence itself is on the edge of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is an ideal base from which to explore the whole of Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales.
Ground floor - lounge, dining room, fully fitted breakfast kitchen, conservatory, toilet with basin. First floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room with toilet and basin, 2 twin, house bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin.
Solid fuel stoves in lounge and dining room, full oil-fired central heating - all fuel and power is provided and included in the rent. Travel cot, colour TV, video, DVD player, microwave, shaver points, 2 showers, automatic washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, deep freeze. Bed linen and towels are included. Garden and patio with furniture. Ample parking. 1 well behaved pet by arrangement please, sheep country. Note: This is a non smoking cottage
