Quernmore Valley is located on the old Roman road from Lancaster to the Trough of Bowland, which is an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty, and is a short drive away from the historic city of Lancaster.
The cottages, which can sleep up to 11 people (5 +6), are ideally located for access to The Lake District, North Yorkshire Moors, Forest of Bowland, North Lancashire and Lancaster University / University of Cumbria. This is a truly rural retreat, but within easy reach of Lancaster (approx 3 miles) and local amenities. Access to the M6 is convenient for junction 33 & 34 and Lancaster University is only 8 minutes away by the scenic route.
