Fylingthorpe is an attractive residential village next to Robin Hood's Bay. There is a footpath over the fields to the sea and the old village of Robin Hood's Bay, and the village shop, butcher and country inn are within walking distance. The cottage is situated in a private courtyard with patio furniture.

All the accommodation is on the ground floor - but there are about three steps leading up to the front door. There is a lounge/dining room, a small kitchen, a bathroom with bath, shower over bath and toilet and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. You can see the sea in the distance from most windows.
