On the first floor of an imposing Victorian villa, this beautifully-presented holiday home is ideal for anyone wanting to be close to the theatres, restaurants and attractions.

The train station and Beacon shopping centre are within a few minutes walk, and the beach and bandstand are also an easy stroll.

The contemporary apartment has a spacious, open-plan living space with a relaxing, tranquil ambience.

There is a large, L-shaped sofa to sink into after a busy day exploring, with a Smart TV with built-in DVD player and iPod docking station for entertainment.

A small dining table seats two, and the kitchen is well equipped, with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Dolce Gusto coffee machine and there is a teapot for those preferring the British tipple.

The double bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage, and the bathroom has a bath with shower over.

WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels). Parking is on street and we can provide parking permits for £2 per car, per day.
