## Space
The location is ideal for visitors with the main train and bus station just a short walk from the flat. Our home combines the features of a historic building with all the conveniences of a modern apartment.
BEDROOMS: There is 1 large master bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom. (Please note that the top bunk is only suitable for small children). There is also a travel cot available in the property for a baby or small infant. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for including a dish washer, coffee machine, washing machine and a traditional clothes pulley for drying.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is bright and airy with original Georgian features and stunning high ceilings. There is a large comfortable sofa and two arm chairs, a tv, CD player with built in bluetooth, fireplace, dining room table and chairs and a custom built ceiling to floor book case. There is also a pull out bed in the living room. Please note that this is a small double bed. It will comfortably sleep 2 children or 1 large/ 2 small adults but let me know if you want to know the exact dimensions before booking. (It is an extra £15 per additional person after 4 guests).
BATHROOM: Traditional Victorian style bathroom with bath and shower. We
supply hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner for our guests.

## Neighborhood
Edinburgh's Newtown: The most desirable residential area in Edinburgh. It is also a Unesco World Heritage Site on account of its Georgian Architecture. The area is peppered with high-end restaurants, a mix of proper pubs, and more fashionable bars and art galleries.
## Transit
EDINBURGH AIRPORT: From Edinburgh Airport take the tram to Princes Street or the Airlink bus to the final stop. From here, the flat is a 5 - 10 minute walk.
BUSES: Lothian Buses is the main bus operator here in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. It is a great tool for getting around the city.
TRAIN: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley. From the station, the flat is a 5 - 10 minute walk away.
## Notes
This apartment is located in Edinburgh City Centre, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and Royal Botanic Garden are also worth visiting.
