Nestling at the end of a private lane Hazeldene is deceptively spacious. From almost anywhere within the house and gardens there are wonderful views of the valley, surrounding countryside and sea. The gardens are totally enclosed and safe Perfect for children and dogs. The brick built BBQ and patio table and chairs make outdoor entertaining a breeze.

Bright and spacious L shaped kitchen, dining and living room leading onto the balcony offering stunning views across the valley to the sea. The kitchen is attractive and carefully laid out with top quality appliances from Miele and Neff highlighted by the instant boiling water tap! There is a sociable breakfast bar with bar stools and a large dining table and chairs. The corner sofa in the living room provides a wonderful place to relax and take in the beautiful sea views.

Furthermore, there is a separate lounge offering extra space and with the addition of the lovely wood burning stove it's perfect for creating a cosy feel on chillier evenings. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable double bed. Patio doors lead out onto another balcony offering further panoramic views to sea.

Accessed from the kitchen is a useful utility room and cloakroom with toilet. Miele washing machine and tumble dryer, freezer and large Belfast sink, along with handy storage space for shoes and wellies plus plenty of coat hooks! There is also an outside tap on the garage for washing off sand and rinsing wetsuits.

The master bedroom and second bedroom have double beds, ample storage space and sea views. The third bedroom has bunk beds, ample storage space and overlooks the patio.

There is a stylish family bathroom with bath tub, corner shower, basin and toilet and a further, separate, contemporary shower room with a large shower enclosure, basin and toilet. The showers are all high quality power showers with excellent pressure.
