A lovely, detached family home close to the Gower coast, close to sandy beaches and the picturesque fishing village of Mumbles. Just1 mile from Langland Beach and half a mile from Caswell Bay, this lovely property has been finished to a high standard and would make an ideal choice for a family holiday on the Gower. Attractions such as The Gower Heritage Centre (5 miles), and Singleton Park (4.5 miles) are all worth a visit. Discover the coastal city of Swansea(9.5 miles) with its range of shops, eateries and entertainment venues.

Enter the property into the bright hallway. To the left, there is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and utility room. The lounge area has a large comfy corner sofa, a Smart TV and two further sofas, making this a relaxing space. The characterful kitchen is perfect for rustling up some home-cooked produce to enjoy all together at the dining table. From the hallway, you head upstairs where you will find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom, one triple bedroom with a single and a double bed, and a bunk bedroom. To complete the accommodation there is a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

Heading outside, there is an enclosed paved patio and decked area which can be accessed from the kitchen, with garden furniture to sit and enjoy those warm summer evenings.

This vacation home is located in Swansea. Pennard Golf Course and Swansea Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore RSPB Cwm Clydach Reserve and WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre.
