Family holiday home near both sea front and town, Yarmouth

A 5 bedroomed terraced house over three floors, featuring super king bed, a standard double and three twin rooms, two on the second floor. There is a first floor shower room and separate wc, ground floor bathroom and wc, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. There is a good sized lounge diner, with Smart TV, DVD and broadband. The lounge can be separated from the dining room by sliding doors. There is a secure covered yard at the back, with a bench, an extending washing line, and space to store bikes, pushchairs etc. There is Permit parking outside to the rear. Parking is provided for two vehicles - registration numbers will be needed before arrival to register them on the MiPermit system. Further daily permits are available for £3 from the local store 5 minutes walk away. The house is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair access; however a wheelchair or mobility scooter could be stored in the yard (please note all bedrooms are upstairs). Double glazed throughout with gas central heating with radiators to all rooms.The house is about five minutes walk to the beach and town centre, and has good access to bars and restaurants of which Great Yarmouth has many. The railway station is about a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi. All the major supermarkets are close by.

Located in Great Yarmouth, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Pirates Cove Adventure Golf and Gorleston Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Norfolk Broads and Norfolk Coast.
