This Victorian holiday home rests in Southwold and can sleep nine people in five bedrooms.

On entering the front door you know you are somewhere special with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The ground floor boasts a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining room, two sitting rooms and utility area. On the first floor are three generous size bedrooms, one with en-suite and family bathroom. On the second floor are two further bedrooms and a second family bathroom. Outside is a wonderful secluded courtyard with space to cook and dine alfresco.

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.

Located in Southwold, this vacation home is by the sea. St Edmund's Church and St Peter's Church, Wenhaston are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Valley Farm Vineyards and Beccles Lido. Pier and Henstead Exotic Gardens are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking and cycling in the area.
