Approached via a pretty tiled path, stylish Brightmer Villa is perfect for a get together with family or friends. Space is at a premium with lovely sitting room, dining area and kitchen with farmhouse table and chairs, contemporary appliances and a gas Rayburn. Upstairs on the first floor there are two fabulous bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a king size bed, both with ensuites. The remaining two bedrooms are on the second floor, accommodating 9 guests in total. Outside, Brightmer Villa has a delightful furnished courtyard, perfect for relaxing with a spot of alfresco dining after a day exploring this beautiful area of Suffolk coastline.
Brightmer Villa sits on the sought after Stradbroke Road in Southwold, in the heart of the town, (not far from the iconic lighthouse) with the sea and colourful beach huts closeby.
Stroll along the prom to the pier, a prominent landmark in Southwold. Stop off at one of the pubs and lunch or a quick pint, alternatively visit one of the lovely delis, grocers or bakers and pack up a picnic. Shopping is a treat with plenty of high end names and lovely individual delis, bakers and cafes; so there's no excuse to treat yourself to a coffee and cake! A visit to Southwold wouldn't be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900's, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. The lighthouse may be nearby but don't forget to visit this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800's.
