Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Gas hob and separate oven with separate grill, 2 separate fridges, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, radio. First floor Living room: open plan living area, French doors to balcony. Three leather sofas, armchairs, table, four chairs, lamps, wood burning stove. Doors to bedrooms: Master bedroom: king sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers, cot, trouser press, door to ensuite, carpet flooring. Ensuite bathroom: bath, electric shower over, shaver point, WC and hand basin with mirror. An Evo Birdie Compact Mobile Hoist is available for use throughout downstairs, as well as the ceiling joist in the bedroom/wet room.
