The Space
Marina retreat is an immaculate 2nd floor apartment, beautifuly fitted, with stunning views over Exmouth Marina, glimpses of the River Exe and the open sea beyond. Views of Exmouth marina and the distant hills.
The start of Exmouths two-mile, golden sandy beach is just 200metres away! Exmouth Marina shops, a delicatessen, a cafe, an excellent bar/diner and a good local pub. You can board boats here for trips along the coast, River Exe trips and fishing. There are beautiful walks along the Exe Estuary pathway (and cycle-way) through Lympstone and Topsham to Exeter and down the west side of the River to Dawlish.
Exmouth's indoor swimming pool, town centre and station are about a 5 minutes stroll.
The self catering apartment has modern comfortable furnishings. The apartment comprises a delightful, spacious west facing sitting room with a large dining table, large L-shaped sofa, 3 smart TV's ( both bedrooms ) and patio doors opening out on to a balcony with superb views of the Marina; archway to well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker, hob,and washing machine; master bedroom with a king bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, smart TV; 2nd bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers, smart TV; bathroom with shower over bath.
