Cheerful and spacious 3 bed home in Clitheroe, Clitheroe

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, minutes away from Clitheroe town centre and transport links. Located on a quiet residential avenue yet so close to the town centre. Spectacular views and sunsets from the second floor velux windows. Only minutes away from Clitheroe Castle, Booths supermarket (the Waitrose of the North), Byrne’s wine shop and many other independent retailers.
I will offer a 10% discount for stays of four night or more.
The space
A mid terrace house with three double bedrooms each with a king size bed. A modern newly fitted shower room. A lounge with tv and log burner. A dining room with large table, log burner, tv and sofa. A well equipped kitchen and an outdoor fully enclosed area with garden furniture. The velux windows have safety latches to prevent children opening them fully, however these can be bypassed by adults. There is plenty of room in the second floor bedroom for a travel cot/cots. A travel cot is provided for guest use.
Other things to note
Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood or it is available to purchase from the local supermarket.
General kitchen condiments as well as tea, coffee and sugar are provided.

This vacation home is located in Clitheroe. Whalley Abbey and Gawthorpe Hall are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Forest of Bowland and Beacon Fell Country Park. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Blackburn Arena or Ewood Park.
