This holiday home offers superb quality accommodation for family and friends alike, and being within 12 miles of Rise Hall; the home of Channel 4’s Sarah Beeney’s restoration program, is ideally located for groups attending weddings and special occasions at this popular stately home. On the doorstep are numerous outdoor activities and a plethora of walks and nature reserves to enjoy before returning and relaxing in this home away from home. ’Ay Up is less than 2 miles from the sea.

Welcoming you into the heart of ‘Ay Up is the large open plan living space. At one end there are deep sofas where you can relax and unwind enjoying the comfort of the thoughtful interior design. The kitchen and dining area are opposite, which offers plenty of storage and contemporary fixtures of the highest quality. With picture windows offering views across open countryside, this room is flooded with natural daylight and provides a lovely ambience. There is an interconnecting door through to ‘Ow Do which allows this fabulous conversion to sleep 18!

‘Ay Up has five well-appointed bedrooms which have been furnished with guests comfort in mind, and retain many of the original beams. Boasting two master bedrooms on the first floor with their own en-suites, vaulted ceilings, original beams and bags of character. The other bedrooms provide twin accommodation and share the house bathroom. ‘Ay Up has the best of both worlds with the remaining twin en-suite bedroom being on the ground floor. All rooms have been furnished with beautiful fabrics, flat screen TVs and have lovely views across the open fields of the East Riding. There is a bike store and the enclosed gardens will entice you to sit and have a drink when the weather is nice. This part of Yorkshire offers many local pubs providing some great Yorkshire fayre and real ale.

There are many amenities in the beach town of Hornsea including a promenade, Victorian folly and central park. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and a supermarket where you can stock up. Yorkshire’s largest freshwater lake, Hornsea Mere, provides plenty of opportunity for those who wish to try sailing and fishing, and is also home to over 250 species of birds. With easy access to the Yorkshire coastline including the towns of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough, RSPB reserves and the cultural hubs of Beverley, York and Hull, ‘Ay up is just perfect and will provide you with a lifetime of memories. Humberside Shooting Ground and Honeysuckle Farm are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hornsea Mere and Bempton Cliffs. Treasure Island Mini Golf and Gala Bingo are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
