Being in the centre of Bridlington you can park up and explore the many attractions on foot. Retaining the original high ceilings and large bay windows, the property has been modernised to a high standard and offers a contemporary, open plan living space, with doors leading out onto a large balcony. Watch the waves crashing on stormy days, whilst staying cosy and warm. On brighter days soak up the sunshine out on the balcony, enjoying the views as boat trips leave the harbour and families have fun out on the sand. Opposite you have the historic Spa Theatre with regular live events all year round, from concerts to pantomimes. You are only steps away from the beach, or strolling along the promenade as you explore the town centre, with numerous pubs, restaurants and shops. The surrounding area has plenty to offer, including the rolling Chalk Wolds countryside, the dramatic cliff shoreline with the RSPB reserves including Bempton with puffins and gannets as well as a wide range of outstanding National Trust properties, such as Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall and Sewerby Hall. For children there is Bridlington’s Animal Park as well as a seafront fair with a selection of rides. There is a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool as well as a clip and climb climbing wall. Around a 30 minute drive away you have Scarborough with a Sea Life Centre, Alpramare Water Park as well as paddle boats and a tree top trail at Peasholm Park. Beach 100 yards.
